Eco.Logic’s Eco.Art Extravaganza

Inspiring Environmental Action through Eco.Art

August 21, 2022 - Eco.Logic is hosting an Eco.Art Extravaganza, a fundraiser with three goals:

  1. Educate the public on environmental topics through art

  2. Support artists nationwide by providing a platform for environmental artists to get paid for their art and reach new audiences.

  3. Raise funds to support Eco.Logic’s environmental education programs

Creativity in the climate movement is essential because we need new ways of thinking to get us out of our climate crisis.

Artists from around the country have submitted Eco.Art (defined either as art made using refurbished/upcycled materials or art that conveys an environmental message) to a virtual gallery and auction. This online gallery, live here, is open through September 22, 2022.  Members of the public may place bids on all pieces until this date. Artists have indicated what minimum price they would like to receive for the art if sold and Eco.Logic has added a percentage on top of that for our fundraising efforts.

To culminate our event, on September 22, 2022, 7:30pm ET / 4:30pm PT, Eco.Logic is hosting a virtual “Eco.Art Extravaganza”, an evening comprised of musical expression by a climate musician, spoken word piece, and a celebration of the artists that have contributed their visual art pieces that are for sale in the virtual gallery. Registration is on a donation-basis. Information about the Eco.Art Extravaganza can be found here, and registration for the event can be found here

About Us

Eco.Logic is an education, arts, and community building non-profit that inspires people to take tangible action to address climate change. Through an inclusive and intersectional approach, we make environmental education accessible and personal, inspiring people to join the environmental movement in ways unique to them. Eco.Logic gleaned acclaim through the play and subsequent podcast series Love in the Time of Climate Change. Our flagship programs are Camp Eco.Logic, a space for middle and high school students to deepen their knowledge of environmental issues as they learn about climate solutions and opportunities to take action, and Climate Change Crews, a program for working professionals who care about climate change, but seek community support and tangible ideas on taking meaningful action.
