Warm greetings from Eco.Logic! We are thrilled to bring you the latest edition of our newsletter, packed with exciting updates and initiatives aimed at driving environmental education. 

Recap: Climate Ride Fundraiser

First and foremost, we want to celebrate the tremendous success of our recent Climate Ride fundraiser. The determination of our 11 Eco.Peddlers who rode bikes for 2 days through Shenandoah National Park was awe-inspiring. Despite the rain and elevation, they braved the course.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the bikers and to our supporters who generously contributed to their fundraising efforts. We are thrilled to announce we raised close to $7,000, which will be directly invested in our environmental education programming and to our scholarship fund, enabling us to expand our reach and empower more individuals to become environmental stewards. Some pictures of the Eco.Peddlers are below.

Announcing the Speakers Bureau

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Eco.Logic Speakers Bureau. This is a resource for people looking to find environmental practitioners and experts who can serve as keynote speakers, panelists, moderators, or workshop hosts. As an intersectional environmental organization, we’re excited to elevate the voices of women and people of color in environmental discourse. All of our speakers listed bring unique expertise to the field and we hope you consider our speakers for your next event!

Eco.Art Extravaganza Announcement

Building on the tremendous success of last year's Eco.Art Extravaganza, we are delighted to announce that preparations are underway for our second extravaganza! Coming in fall 2023, we are taking it a step further this year by adopting a hybrid format that will allow for both in-person and virtual participation, reaching a wider audience and fostering a broader sense of unity and connection.

Calling All Artists!

We are actively seeking artists to participate in this year's Eco.Art Extravaganza. If you are passionate about the environment and have a unique artistic perspective, we invite you to complete our interest form by clicking here. Note: this year we are seeking performance artists in addition to visual artists.

By filling out this form, you will be among the first to receive detailed information about the event, including submission guidelines, timelines, and participation requirements. We can't wait to showcase your talent in this extraordinary celebration of art and environmental stewardship.
